The R2 Trainer Rope comes assembled complete with an extra 11-foot cut of PVC cord, two round nuts, two end caps, two patented R3 Series handles and a one-year guarantee on the rope's handles. The rope is easily adjusted by either tying a knot in the cord (perfectly ok) or removing the round nut, cutting the cord, and reapplying the round nut! No problem!
