jumpNrope jump rope programs are designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of kids, athletes or individuals through the expertise of trained jump rope instructors. Based on 25 years of competitive jump rope instruction, the program blends balance, coordination, strength, health, performance, a competitive nature and fun into a fitness format.
jumpNrope overcomes the suggestion that jump rope is just a playground rhythm and rhyme game, by delivering a time tested program based on jump rope as a sport, which is goal driven and achievable by individuals at any level of fitness. Jump rope is considered the “best” and overall “ideal” fitness activity available. Utilizing all the parts of the body, when practiced correctly, it is considered one of the lowest impact cardio activities available.
