Programs Overview
JumpNRope has programs aimed at educating, instructing, and training jumpers young and old whose skills range from that of beginner-level jumpers to elite athletes. JumpNRope is based in the Denver Metro Area, but our programs, trainings, and seminars stretch around the globe. As we continue to grow, we expect to work with people and facilities worldwide educating on the sport of jump rope.
JumpNRope’s programs are designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of kids, athletes, or individuals through the expertise of experienced jump rope instructors. Based on over 25 years of competitive jump rope instruction, the programs blend balance, coordination, strength, health, performance, competition, and fun into a fitness format.
JumpNRope overcomes the suggestion that jump rope is just a playground rhythm-and-rhyme game by delivering time-tested programs based on jump rope as a sport, which is goal-driven and achievable by individuals at any level of fitness. Jump rope is considered the best and most-ideal fitness activity available. When practiced correctly, it is considered one of the lowest impact cardio activities available, utilizing all the parts of the body!

JumpNRope Kids!
JumpNRope Kids! Program – This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of jump rope, focusing on building core movements in single rope, double dutch, and Chinese wheel skills. Having fun and an enthusiastic attitude is the only prerequisite to this program! Any level of jumper can attend this class, as it caters to fit the needs of all levels of jumpers.
• Ages typically range from 7 – 18.
• Classes run year-round and range from 45 – 75 minutes in length.
• Costs vary depending on length & location.
• A free jump rope is included with registration!
Intermediate-Level JumpNRope Kids! Program – This program introduces choreography, competition, and conditioning and is designed to take your jumper to the next level. Each jumper in the intermediate-level program will be encouraged to compete in any of the local regional competitions and perform in school assemblies or available events. Jumpers are required to complete the Criss-Crossers skill sheet before enrolling in this program (for a list of the skills please click here).
• Ages typically range from 7 – 18.
• Classes run year-round and range from 45 – 75 minutes in length.
• Costs vary depending on length & location.
• A free jump rope is included with registration!

JumpNRope Camps – These camps (full camps and mini camps) are designed to focus attention to the areas of single-rope freestyle, single-rope speed & power, double-dutch freestyle, double-dutch speed & power, performance-based travelers, group routines, Chinese wheels, and long rope skills. Choreography, contests, and lots of fun are also a part of the JumpNRope camps.
• It is suggested that kids come prepared with appropriate running / athletic shoes, snacks, and water.
• Mini camps run 3 hours in length; full camps run 5 – 6 hours in length.
• Costs vary depending on length & location.
• A free jump rope is included with registration!

Adult Training
Molly Metz, 5-Time World Jump Rope Champion, coach of the fastest jump rope team in the Nation, and founder of JumpNRope is bringing competitive jump rope training and techniques to CrossFit™ affiliates, MMA gyms, professional & collegiate sports organizations, and training facilities worldwide! Molly, a current national and world speed & power record holder, utilizes her patented jump rope technology designed for, and used by, all the fastest and most powerful competitive jumpers of the world. Her handle technology is unique in that it accompanies three different styles of jump ropes. This R3 Evolution Series of jump ropes combined with a blend of proven jump rope interval training, which Molly has developed specifically for competitive jumpers, has revolutionized the sport of jump rope and is now accessible for athletes and coaches around the world!
CrossFit™ Affiliates – JumpNRope provides interactive jump rope training seminars aimed at educating and instructing CrossFit athletes on the proper form and technique needed for efficient jumping. Taught by World Jump Rope Champions, this training is focused on developing the coordination for fast speed-step jumping, as well as perfecting those frustrating double unders! In fact, many of the jumpers trained in our JumpNRope seminars thus far have doubled their personal bests in double unders while attending our training, and several jumpers have attained the elusive triple under as well! This training series is a must-have for your box!
All seminars come complete with speed-step and double unders training, as well as an inside perspective on the R3 Evolution Series of jump ropes, patented by Molly herself and used by Molly’s competitive jump rope team, Mad Hops, the fastest jump rope team in the nation! JumpNRope provides all the ropes needed for the seminar, all we need is the jumpers and the space!
• Ages 14 and over are welcome to train.
• Classes run year-round and range from 60-90 minutes in length.

JumpNRope Sports Programs (High School, Collegiate, & Professional Athletics) – Coaches, trainers, and athletes: Are you looking to fire up the year with a time-tested cross training method used by some of the world’s greatest athletes? The JumpNRope Sports Program is ideal for wrestling, basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, track, & more and provides a high level of jump rope exercises, plyometric drills, and core movements to deliver a full-body workout. The program has proven techniques that help increase stamina on the court or field, enhance hand-eye-feet coordination, and increase balance & speed, giving you that competitive edge. The program is taught by 5-Time World Jump Rope Champion, Molly Metz, who has competed in a wide range of sports including basketball, softball, soccer, and track. Molly understands the needs of an athlete and the results desired from a coach.

Individual & Group Training Programs – We all know that races can be won or lost by a matter of inches. So where are you getting your competitive advantage from? JumpNRope offers individual and group jump rope training programs aimed at training and conditioning athletes from all areas of competition: MMA, boxers, runners, bikers, swimmers, triathletes, sports enthusiasts, exercise groups and anyone looking to upgrade and intensify their current training. Individual training programs are available that focus on the agility and endurance that you only get from the sport of jump rope, as well as strength conditioning from plyometric & core-strengthening movements. This individualized program can effectively meet your training goals and advance your level of athleticism.

Curriculum and Teacher Programs – PE teachers looking for “new” jump rope unit material or would like a special jumpNrope guest appearance to attend your class and work with the kids – this program is for you! We will schedule some time to come visit you and your kids during your jump rope unit and aid in the introduction of new skills, challenges and teaching curriculum. Ages 7 – 13, costs vary on location and often this service is “free” in exchange for distributing information on local jumpNrope programs in your schools area. Elite Jumpers – JumpNRope’s Power & Conditioning Program is a one-of-a-kind program designed by a jumper for a jumper! If you are looking to increase your speed scores, strengthen your freestyle power & double dutch routines, and getting focused attention on new skills, then this program is for you!

Fitness & Conditioning
JumpNRope’s Fitness & Conditioning Program provides a high-energy blend of jump rope fitness skills, core movements, and exercises that are ideal for any athlete or fitness enthusiast looking to increase their overall physical fitness. This class caters to beginners all the way up to professional athletes. In order to ensure that all levels of athletes can participate, special jump ropes and speed balls are used in this class. Choreographed to specific beats-per-minute music tracks, you are guaranteed to work every inch of your body! The program is taught 5-Time World Jump Rope Champion Molly Metz. Molly challenges anyone to take the jump and try her class.
Fitness instructors interested in “learning the ropes” and integrating jump rope into your current offerings: This program is a great compliment to your regimen!

Events, Parties, Assemblies and Performances
Interested in scheduling the most entertaining performance at your school or event? JumpNRope utilizes their world-class instructors and partners with local jump rope teams to provide an entertaining mix of jump rope performances including single rope freestyle, Chinese wheels, double dutch freestyle, travelers, and long rope tricks. JumpNRope also encourages audience participation, whether its with party guests or event planners- we’ll get you jumping!
Seen at many Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth, and University of Colorado halftime shows, JumpNRope performances are always an amazing treat to watch. Many of the JumpNRope instructors and jumpers are World and National Jump Rope Champions and compete with the Mad Hops Competitive Jump Rope Team, who recently placed 2nd in the US in Freestyle Jump Rope!
Have a birthday coming up? Bring a JumpNRope instructor or two for a surprise “jumping” birthday party!
